There are so many internet businesses out there in cyberspace today. It?s hard to keep up.

There are those that are just building an image for their company. These companies are not really selling their product online. They are just building name recognition so that the customer will be drawn to their product when it is seen for sale in the retail outlets.

There are web businesses that are actually selling a physical product. Some of these are small home based businesses that are either marketing someone else?s product or a product of their own. Others are very large corporations selling large volumes of their product via the net.

Some are membership sites where their revenue is generated from monthly membership fees in exchange for monthly training, information, music downloads, etc.

Others have a web business that is selling digitized informational products in the form of e-books. These may be e-books that the owner of the site has written themselves or they may be selling someone else?s e-book via an affiliate program.

There are internet businesses that are simply gathering leads such as mortgage leads, insurance leads, opt-in email leads or a lead for someone interested in just about any subject matter. They then make their revenue from selling these leads to companies that are interested in following up with these people concerning the lead?s interest, such as, a home mortgage, automobile insurance, etc.

Some online businesses are generating revenue strictly from Google adsense ads and/or affiliate products found through a service like Clickbank.

Whatever your type of web business odds are it is not producing the revenue that you would like for it to provide.

You may have thought that when your web site was live the orders would just start pouring in. Not only did this not happen you weren?t even able to find your site anywhere within the first 100 pages when you did a search for your main keyword.

Disappointed you may have retreated back to your day job leaving this to deal with at a later day. Or, you may have started digging for clues on what went wrong and trying to learn what you can do to remedy the situation.

Well there are a number of things that go into just getting your internet business up on the web and then even more that goes into actually making your web business successful.

If you already have your website live you know that you have had to get a domain name, work with a designer to create your website pages, and transfer your website pages to a hosting site via FTP. You may have had to create an E-book and learn how to create a PDF and an E-book cover. Your product may be a CD and you have had to learn how to have CDs produced in large volumes. Then you need auto-responders and ad trackers. And the learning curve goes on and on.

You feel like you have put a lot of time and effort into just getting your internet business going. But, now you are disappointed because it is going nowhere.

The Chutos parade down the streets of this little village, with the Chonguinadas, as they hack, slice, and slash their whips as the protectors of these dancers, as the festival goes on for approximately three days.

A major factor in how creative you are over a long period of time is not related to how much raw creative talent you have.

If you give your best effort each time you create, that?s all you can do. The rest is out of your hands. You can?t influence everything that happens to you. But you CAN control how you react to disappointment. Which takes us on to:

2. See disappointment as a tool for learning. When you?re disappointed in the outcome of something, ask yourself what it was that really made you feel that way.

Ask also if your expectations were realistic beforehand. However you answer these challenging questions, be open and honest with yourself. Then ask what you can learn from the experience to get better results next time.

3. Move on, don?t dwell on it. After a disappointment in your creative work, the worst thing you can do ? and something that?s all too easy TO do ? is give up.

This was just one occasion where it didn?t turn out as you expected. How are you going to take the lessons learned, and your greater level of experience forward to your next creative project?

The growing adoption of service-oriented architectures (SOAs) including SAP's (NYSE: SAP) NetWeaver platform and its related applications are having a significant impact on the politics of integration between manufacturers and distributors. The balance of power has already shifted in a few industries to the channel over the manufacturer, and nowhere is this more visible than in retail, with a case in point being Wal-Mart.

There are many other examples, scattered through financial services, transportation, logistics, high tech and other verticals. The point is that service-oriented architectures are already redefining many business processes that distributors and manufacturers share, and will continue to redefine these trading partnerships into the future.

SOAs Take Over Where Standards Take Off

The acquisition of Viacore by IBM (NYSE: IBM) this month made me stop and think about RosettaNet, its high-energy, charismatic founder, Fadi Chehade, and how his vision of integrating supply chain processes really was ahead of its time. In research I've done on the adoption of RosettaNet in high-tech distribution channels, and whether it would eventually replace EDI, a couple of interesting insights emerged.

First, the majority of the high-tech distributors interviewed only implemented the order management Partner Interface Process (PIP). In other words, the majority of the 20 distributors interviewed all felt compelled to invest in RosettaNet just to the transaction level. Second, only one company, Intel (Nasdaq: INTC) , completed an intensive RosettaNet integration strategy, including all PIPs that included product information and marketing information management. While Arrow, Nokia, STMicroelectronics and Texas Instruments (NYSE: TXN) are founding members and have extensive integration experience with RosettaNet, I didn't get a chance to speak to them during my survey work.

What is so forward-thinking about RosettaNet's standards is that they detail the processes by which the information is used, they are real-time, and they deal with much more complex processes than EDI is capable of. RosettaNet's ability to deliver collaborative forecasting — as is evidenced by the firm's work with STMicroelectronics and the replacement of EDI by Arrow with RosettaNet — foreshadows the level of change SOAs tailored to the high-tech distribution channels will be able to accomplish.

SOAs promise to do what RosettaNet is doing in high tech, only on a much broader and deeper scale. The initial research on SAP NetWeaver early adopters in the report, Users Speak Out About SAP NetWeaver, shows that selecting business processes that are focused on gaining a competitive advantage in selected channels and markets is a primary driver for many companies moving to service-oriented architectures. Where RosettaNet and standards like it left off, SOAs are taking over.

Channel Priorities for SOAs

With so much hinging on better order management, coordination of all aspects of a product during its introduction, and the many complexities of pricing, a high adoption rate for SOAs in channels is inevitable. In the redefining of these processes for better efficiency between channel partners and manufacturers, however, the balance of power in these relationships is being defined.

It starts with greater visibility and control through supply chains and progresses into classic pick-and-pack distribution operations synchronized with pricing and product content. When you consider even the best distribution organizations average less than 5 percent return on sales, it becomes clear that supply chain synchronization impacts the channels' financials more than any series of demand generation activities. A lean supply chain is turning into a manufacturers' greatest competitive advantage, especially if they are relying on indirect channels.

For the distributor, ability to plan for, shape and respond to demand is a competitive strength. In fact, a former student of mine who worked in Wal-Mart's demand planning section says that demand monitoring is such a high priority that during December there are meetings every morning to review sales-out data network-wide for the previous day. Wal-Mart has that level of integration to monitor demand.

Insights gained from timely analysis is a major competitive advantage, especially for distributors. The following processes are just a few that SOAs including SAP NetWeaver will impact in the coming two years:

Supply chain integration. Integrating supply chain systems between manufacturers and distributors has in the past been greeted with lukewarm responses, especially in high tech. That's because product close-outs and the inevitable strategy of dropping prices by 40 percent or more to move discontinued products through channels is easily spotted when supply chains' visibility is improved. For many distributors, vendor-managed inventory is also a costly manual process. With supply chain integration and greater visibility, vendor-managed inventory processes would also be streamlined.

Pricing strategies will start happening in real-time. One high-tech distributor has a room of at least 50 people computing price tables, as this specific company generates well over 1,400 pricing tables every month. With an SOA supporting shared applications, the intensely manual processes of creating these pricing tables would become much more streamlined and efficient.

Product introductions synchronized globally. This is the holy grail for so many manufacturers, yet given the disconnects in their channel strategies, it's very hard to achieve. With an SOA in place that includes a standardized portal and applications for managing product launches throughout the many layers and roles in channels, this goal becomes achievable. PLM vendors are no doubt thinking about this today. Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) becomes achievable for more companies. This refers to the sharing of forecasts, related supply chain and business information among partners throughout a supply chain in an effort to automate product replenishment. The purpose of CPFR is to improve in-stock performance for retailers by synchronizing supply chains with manufacturers so that excess inventory and out-of-stock conditions are alleviated. Admittedly a complex area, the sharing of forecasts and supply chain inventories is an area where service-oriented architectures are already making an impact.

Bottom Line: Service-oriented architectures matter more than ever in distribution-centric business, both from the channel and manufacturing side. Look for distributors to attack the most problematic areas including product introductions, pricing and vendor managed inventory first.

This is a legal program which sometimes stops working for several reasons. SmartBridge Motive Sb.exe is known to be part of Broadband Medic diagnostic tools, BT Broadband, BT Desktop, BT Help, NTL Smartbridge, some HP printer drivers, etc.

Most users see SmartBridge Alert about GetProcessImageFileNameW procedure entry point when they install Internet Explorer 7 or some other software that modifies files SmartBridge uses. The most often modified file is PSAPI.DLL. Newly installed software puts another version of this file into Windows folder and MotiveSB program uses this file instead of the one that was provided with its installation. New PSAPI.DLL has another entry point of GetProcessImageFileNameW procedure so Motive SB.exe which loads on windows startup can't work properly.

If you are an advanced user you can solve problems related to MotiveSB.exe manually. Use Msconfig.exe utility to remove all programs using psapi.dll from startup. You should manually investigate which programs use this DLL. As a rule Motive SB.exe program does not appear at startup itself. Search for related programs and services instead. There is also the second solution: you should delete all copies of psapi.dll in your system except of the one which is used by your SmartBridge applications. However, this can stop other applications which use newer version of this DLL from working properly. You definitely SHOULD NOT touch PSAPI.DLL located in C:WindowsSystem32 folder. Search for other instances isntead. After deleting or renaming all other instances of this DLL reboot your PC. Please note that this can cause instability of your system if wrong DLL is deleted.

However there is also a quick solution to fix MotiveSb.exe “entry point” and Psapi.dll error of this problem. Freemasons believe Lucifer (Satan) is God and the organization is Satanic to the core, despite this being evident, the leader of the Christian democratic party in Australia is a Masonic Lodge apologist and often promotes the Freemasons as a good organization, this so-called Christian also accepted money off a high level Freemason at one stage for a church he was involved with. This corrupt and FALSE Christian's name is Gordon Moyes, Gordon Moyes is one of the leaders of the Christian democratic party in Australia. The Christian Democratic Party in Australia is nothing but a Masonic/Satanic organization disguising itself as a Christian group, to deceive Christians in this country into believing they have a chance to vote for a Christian government. Gordon Moyes is most likely a Satanic cult member and at best he is a Satanic cult supporter, because there is official documentation available where Gordon Moyes actively supports the Masonic Lodge (Satanic organization).

Before I became a Christian I was a member of two Satanic organizations linked to the Freemasons. I saw evidence while involved with these organizations that Satanic cult members infiltrate Christian churches, to keep Christians deceived and to subtly water down Christ?s teachings and the real meaning of the bible. The Satanists also subtly infiltrate churches to bring in false spirits into the church, most Satanists/Freemasons are demon possessed. Satanists and Freemasons finance churches and put their people into power in the churches so they can control Christians. I have strong reason to believe that Gordon Moyes of the Christian Democratic Party in Australia is a Satanic cult member pretending to be a Christian.

A Prophet I know by the name of Matthew Robert Payne (an author on ezine articles) walked into Wesley Mission Church in Sydney/Australia, and approached Gordon Moyes and gave him a prophetic rebuke from God. The Prophet Matthew Payne approached Gordon Moyes and said to him, “You think your the pharaoh who owns the Nile, but it belongs to Me saith the Lord!” This was definitely a rebuke from God, because Gordon Moyes has been given the same prophecy by other prophets!

I recently prayed to God about corrupt churches and about Satanists who infiltrate our Christian churches and Christian organizations, I prayed to God for help and words of wisdom in understanding all this. God gave me a prophetic word with scriptures to help me and other Christians understand what is currently going on in today?s churches in relation to Satanists subtly invading churches.

Christians must be sober and vigilant and must always test the spirits and ask for discernment when trying to work out whether leaders in their churches are genuinely sold out to Christ, or whether they are sold out to the devil.

Prophetic word from God:

2 Tim 2:3
Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.

I am calling Christians to be an army for Christ, I am calling for its ministers to become soldiers that will wield the sword of the spirit which is the word of God. I am calling for the Christian churches to fight the good fight. A solider does not sit on his backside and exist in peace, in the gospel?s I said “Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword. For I have come to set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law and a man's enemies will be those of his own household.?(Matt 10:34-36). The Household of the Christian church has enemies of God infiltrating it and there is a rotting decay in the core of the Christian churches that must be rebuked and cut out with the sword of the spirit.

Eph 5:11
And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

There are unfruitful workers of darkness that have infiltrated the Christian Churches and are pretending to be followers of Christ, but in truth they are disciples of Satan. In Galatians 2:4 Paul wrote, ?false brethren were secretly brought in (who came in by stealth to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage).? There are disciples of Satan who have come in by Stealth into the Christian Church, who have been given orders by Satan to sabotage the Ministry with witchcraft. These disciples of Satan have been accepted as workers of light. ?And no marvel for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness whose end shall be according to their works.? (2 Corinthians 11:14-15) Clearly in Corinthians it says Satan?s ministers can transform into Ministers of righteousness, and can stealthily infiltrate a righteous ministry and bring it into bondage and captivity with demonic devices.

I am looking at the Christian churches from an eternal perspective, and I want the Christians to look at the Churches from an eternal perspective as well. ?While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal but the things which are not seen are eternal.?(2 Corinthians 4:18). Clearly in My word it says the things which are not seen are eternal, so if I want the Christian churches to have an eternal perspective that means I want them to concentrate on the things which are unseen. In order for a ministry to see the unseen things and have an eternal perceptive, I need to send a spiritual man into the ministry to show them the unseen things that need to be dealt with.

I will send prophets into the Christian churches to show them the Satanic strongholds that have been placed on the Christian churches by deceitful workers of iniquity that have infiltrated the ministry by stealth. Workers of Satan disguised as ministers of righteousness are infiltrating the Christian church and are performing witchcraft on innocent people who are coming to the Christian church for help and spiritual healing. When people come to many of the so-called Christian churches for spiritual healing they are unknowingly being subjected to demonic witchcraft, and they often pick up demons instead of the Holy Spirit by these false brethren who subtly work iniquity.

Matt 3:10
10And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which brings not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

I want to pick up the axe and cut down the unfruitful tree of Satan that is growing alongside the Christian churches. The Christian churches must listen to My Prophets and let them point out the unfruitful and corrupt tree so it can be cut down and cast into the fire. If the Christian churches listen to my Prophet and cut down the unfruitful and corrupt tree, I will prune the branch of those Christian churches who obey the prophets so it bears more fruit, and different kinds of fruit that have never been seen before.

The Prophet?s knows who the enemy is and you must listen to them if you want to mount up upon eagles wings and have the power to do greater works than I did in the gospels, because I said ?Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.?

It is inevitable that soldiers must engage in warfare, because a solider has an enemy to fight. ?For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds. Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. And having a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.? (2 Corinthians 10:4-6). I need the Christian churches to act as a battalion and drive out an enemy that has come into its camp by stealth, I need the Christian churches to pull down the stronghold of Satan that has attached itself to the Ministry.

I want the Christian churches to drink the cup of the Lord that will allow them to do: signs, wonders and miraculous healings, but I cannot give the Christian churches that cup until they drive the demons away. ?You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons you cannot partake of the Lord's Table and of the table of demons.? (1 Corinthians 10:21).

There are demons sitting at the same table the Christian churches sit at, and they are polluting my banquet. If a Christian church Ministry removes the demons from the dining table they sit at, I will give them meat to feast on that has never before been consumed by any Christian. I have been saving this meat I want to serve you for the latter days, this meat will allow you to do: signs, wonders, and healings and never before seen greater works. But in order for the banquet of signs and wonders to be served, the demons must be removed from the dining table. Take heed and listen to My Prophets, prove all things and hold fast that which is good, and discard that which is not good.

God wants to bless todays Christians, but in order for God to bless a Christian they must be fighting for Him and they must be like vigilant soldiers. Christians are too complacent today and they dont test the spirits and ask God for discernment. We are living in a daily war, its good verses evil and the devil is a dirty fighter, and he will send False Shepards into churches to lead the flock astray.

Any Christian leader who supports the Masonic Lodge or takes money from them is sold out to Satan, Gordon Moyes of the Christian Democratic Party in Australia is one who is sold out to Satan, the man is not a Christian but a Satanist pretending to be a Christian. This man urgently needs to repent or he is in serious danger of going to Hell and burning in there for a longtime. I pray Gordon Moyes see's the evil of his ways and he repents of his wicked ways, I ask you the reader to also pray for this man. Prophets have been sent to this man many times to warn him to repent, but the man still has not repented. If he does not repent it will be a very sad future for him.

Lord Jesus,

You are my guiding light and my shining star who shows me the way. Please shine brightly for me and help me to see the truth and the reality of the things around me, help me to identify false brethren who are trying to lead me astray and destroy my walk with you. Give me the courage to stand up to a Satanist disguised as a Christian in my local church, give me the courage to rebuke false brethren with all longsuffering and patience. Help me to see the truth and identify these workers of iniquity who pretend to be Christians but are actually disciples of Satan, help me Jesus to have strong discernment to recognize the people who are serving you and the people who are serving Satan. This I pray in Jesus name.
